The Blambangan Kingdom

Blambangan was the easternmost kingdom of Java, located on the Blambangan Peninsula (now Banyuwangi region in East Java). After the fall of Majapahit in the early 16th century, Blambangan survived as the last remnant of Hindu-Buddhist Java, isolated from the Islamic sultanates that had risen in the west.
