Kerajaan Sunda

The Sunda Kingdom was a Hindu kingdom that existed in West Java from the 7th to the 16th century. Its capital was at Pakuan Pajajaran (near modern-day Bogor). The kingdom is known for its resistance to the Islamic Demak Sultanate and its rich cultural and literary heritage, including the Carita Parahyangan.
